My style of cutting is modern and it's what people are wanting .This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

These places are all good salons but I can stand out from the rest. . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with them all.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to I am going to head up to the uni , get the students in for hair cuts offer combination offers like "bring a friend" . Get out and speak to local business get them on my side.
Flyer drops round the doors , also loyalty cards will be printed .
On the street canvassing sounds a bit extreme but I think it's a great way of getting known with the local people and creating good relationships with your neighbours.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to By this point I will have a steady income and loyal customers, I will also have a few members of staff.
Going to launch a new hairloss product with has great profit margins. I will still be out building more clients doing lots on social meadia .. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Build my client base to 100 Hire 2 barbers Rent out a tattoo room
