Andsmart has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute it's unique smartphone coaching & applications systems.

These products and services have been developed over 6 years and will always continue to develop along side current global trends. Our core focus is to address key customer problems and associated opportunities within mobile technologies.

The Business Objectives

As a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

The Customer

Andsmart has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as a need to improve business, personal and recreational productivity using personal smartphone devices. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of android smartphone users.

The Value Proposition

Andsmart is uniquely positioned to deliver value to android smartphone users. Andsmart services increases the performance output of all people. Driving creativity, productivity and more importantly, "creating time"

In order to deliver on these value propositions, we researched our market share with surprising results. Our research has indicated that andsmart has no direct competition. We are extremely mindful and cautious of this unique position.

Therefore it is our intention to control 100% of this market with care to drive future sustainability of andsmart and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Although we have no direct competitors within the smartphone coaching market. We do have indirect competition in the form of:

Google
Youtube

Our understanding of our unique market position places andsmart in a very powerful position and has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition.

We believe that while our competition is indirect we must and will continue to hold this position. With 12 years of information technology experience, we already forecast the advent of mobile phone technology and are also now forecasting our position within this ever changing technology sector.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to expand our client base by signing up customers nationally in New Zealand and continue to develop & complete our unique training application. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand our customer base globally and develop our online "opt in" training modules and sessions. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved are: Reach 500 clients (10 months). Create our unique andsmart application (6 months) Go national (6 months) Go global (15 months)
