Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the children's rooms art decor market. We consider our key competitors to be: Molly's Murals, Pop Fizz, and Monogram Magic. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Molly's Murals, Pop Fizz, and Monogram Magic because we have no retail overhead which allows our prices are more competitive.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Get in front of customers! Find a market. Provide quality services.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Have at least 3 jobs per month. Have some returning customers. Establish a commercial clientele. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
