Biz Diz has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Graphic Design services. These services have been developed over 0 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow profitability. It is critical that we balance revenue growth with the growth in our cost base. Whilst the desire for profitable growth may constrain our growth rate, it is more important that revenue growth in isolation.

The Customer

Biz Diz has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as I see the biggest problem will be customers that have already incorporated poorly designed products. Biz Diz will aim to address these issues with the potential customer as this is an opportunity for Biz Diz to improve designs.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Commercial set-ups/Small Businesses.

Biz Diz is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Commercial set-ups/Small Businesses. "Biz Diz will Provide unique, innovative, thoughtful and creative designs.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we I see myself as an artist of quality, I believe that in the future, this kind of creative way of thinking will be reflected on all customers who choose to use Biz Diz, our designs will have passion and come from a true love of art and high standards that are required from Biz Diz and it's employees. Every customer to us is special and will receive the personal touch that comes from Biz Diz.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Graphic Design market. We consider our key competitors to be: Local Web & Graphic Designers. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Local Web & Graphic Designers by We will offer a wider variation of ideas to a wider audience than our local competitors. If we stretch our target market bigger than local designers then this will keep us leading in the industry..


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to In order for Biz Diz to grow profitability I will steadily increase the work load of the business once a secure constant flow of work commences. I will perhaps look in to appointing additional graphic designers.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to After 12 months the next big step or Biz Diz will be to acquire an office area. (Rather from home). Doing this will allow me to work full time and devote 100% commitment to the business.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 50 customers Obtain recognition in media Acquire Biz Diz office
