Overview
PCT Chemie has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Screed additive products and services. These products and services have been developed over several years in Germany with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.
The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new large order customers and maintain the high sales and support. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

The Customer

PCT Chemie has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem: pricing, unknown product on the market. Among opportunities we can name: no other additive currently available in Slovakia, in Hungary Knopp and 2 other German additives are currently used. Knopp is already known but not well established due to high price. This is a critical opportunity for our selected target market of Large and small developers, screed specialists.

The Value Proposition


PCT Chemie is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Large and small developers, screed specialists: "PCT Chemie will give 5-20% discounts based on initial orders, additional rebates based on order sizes. Other factors will be providing pre-start surveys and possible guarantees." In order to deliver on this value proposition, we know that the products are unique in Slovakia with no other competition. The surveys and pre-start site checks are also additional services that will gain revenues. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors

We have no competitors within the Screed additive market in Slovakia. This is a unique advantage. In Hungary we consider our key competitor to be Kera BT in Hungary. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Kera BT in Hungary by our price advantage, surveys and possible guarantees.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to to approach every potential customer, developer, screed specialist and builders merchant directly in person by offering our services. We will negotiate and find the right pricing to maintain the end user price at the same level. In order to achieve this we will arrange individual discounts with all customers based on order values. To support all customers and get satisfaction, PCT Chemie will provide pre- an after sales support in form of site visits, recommendations and screed tests. By doing so each customer will receive individual approach and will know which product to propose for use in each individual circumstance. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal - to be established as the only screed additive manufacturer with 100% customer satisfaction.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are:
- 3 orders over €5000 each
- 25 tests as after sales support
- A single order over €20000
