BB has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Anti fatigue compression breeches. These products have been developed over several months with a core focus on addressing the key consumer problem and associated opportunities.
The Business Objectives
When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to launch a new product. Our growth path is clearly oriented around the addition of new products, the development of these new products and the subsequent marketing of these. It is understood that costs will be associated with product development and marketing and these have been allowed for in our budget.
The Customer
BB has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as The need for support to joints and soft tissue for equestrian athletes. This is a critical issue for the selected target market of any athlete who rides. Performance horse owners spend thousands of dollars a year on trying to achieve a competitive edge. It is time to introduce a product for the rider.
The Value Proposition
BB is uniquely positioned to deliver value to any one who is an equestrian . "BB will provides an exoskeleton to maximize performance and prevent fatigue and injury and will enhance performance by supporting targeted joints and muscles." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we I am a middle aged equestrian and their is NOTHING in the market like this. There is a need for our body's. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the apparel world of English attire for the equine discipline. Attiat, Tredstep, tailored sportsman, Fitts, animo, tuff rider just to name a few. All are fashion breeches. The current market only serves a "fashion" component with out enhancement for function.
I consider our key competitors to be: None.

Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Get investors, develop idea to the point where production is underway. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to launch product to market. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Procure an Investor, develop a full Product line, have 100 customers.
