In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we understand the call center environment and the role that healthy meals play in the well being of employees. We consider our key competitor at this point to be: Mang boys. Our understanding of this competitor has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Mang boys by providing better menu that employees will appreciate.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Operate in a 24x7 environment and provide healthy and affordable meals to employees. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to provide a wide range of menu overtime. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
