Dorian Pub is uniquely positioned to deliver value to its costumers. We will provide good quality live music, we have the best burgers in the world and we produce our own beer." We have a number of competitors. We consider our key competitors to be: Narnia Pub, Sabor, Irish Pub, Buyuk Han. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Narnia Pub, Sabor, Irish Pub, Buyuk Han by good relations with people, perfect services.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Live Music. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to producing Beer. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
