Fine art studio has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute art products. These products have been developed over 20 years, with a core focus of addressing the key customer problem of presenting an image and moral associated opportunities. Providing thought provoking, inspiring images ultimately to museum and important corporate /private collections.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to launch a new product. Whilst our existing products have been useful for testing the customer problem, new products are required to fully capitalise on our business potential. Our growth path is clearly oriented around the addition of new products, the development of these new products and the subsequent marketing of these. It is understood that costs will be associated with product development and marketing and these have been allowed for in our budget.

Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as Strengthens Image , style and identity, My images Bring beauty, tranquility, and energy into the built environment.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Art sellers.

The Value Proposition

Fine art studio is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Art sellers. "Fine art studio provides flexible, Unique, innovative, futuristic imagery,using cutting edge technologies." In order to deliver on this value proposition, i have developed this technique to capture a vision of the after life . While capturing life force in an image that can enhance the environment-and lift peoples mood, inspires creative thinking.

These images capture macro worlds that can now be seen by everyone, and shared. They are well crafted and superior in finish and framing to other artist work. They are beautiful and tranquil and ultra contemporary and innovative. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the art market. We consider our key competitors to be: galleries not carrying our work,
Posters and prints sold at Costco craft and furniture stores. So I need to get into this market, Other artists making high quality work. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Posters and prints sold at Costco craft and furniture stores. Other artists by Original art has a life force that contributes to the mood of a place.

Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Target art agents and contemporary galleries who promote artist at trade shows. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Get written about, submitt press releases or articles to trade publications magazines and online forums that hit my market- light science ,art and spirituality , photography. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Deposits to fund creating more work. Installations that promote more installations. Growth of representation across the nation in places I love visiting. Solo show annually, a Growing Press collection. A book of my work, inclusion in Museum collections.
