In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we will be up to date with latest treatments and become more and more experienced. We have a number of competitors within the Aesthetic Treatments market. We consider our key competitors to be: Dr Leah, Skin, transform. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Dr Leah Skin transform by being a Smaller more focused more up to date practice we can offer more value and experience for money.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be Marketing, Word of Mouth, PR. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand to more treatments eg sclerotherapy, dermeroller . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
