Valiant has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Applications for smart phones products and services. These products and services have been developed over 1 month with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

In order to be deliver on this value proposition, our apps are very fun yet challengingto play with great aesthetics. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Applications for smart phones market. We consider our key competitors to be: Chillingo, Iron hide ,Half brick. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Chillingo, Ironhide,Half brick and thousands more app developers by making games are more interactive and the Pokemon database will be more focused on information on battles and training rather than trivia quiz and facts.
