Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as World wife shortage of affordable helicopters type units which can be used from search and rescue to private air taxi to deliver all sorts of stuff quickly. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Military, medicvac, private air taxi, search and resue.
The Value Proposition
VTOL Dynamics Ltd is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Military, medicvac, private air taxi, search and resue. "VTOL Dynamics Ltd has a product which can deliver even more results then a standard helicopter for 10% of the cost." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, Our unique product can take take off and land anywhere in the world either manned or unmanned at a build cost of only 10 percent of any helicopter. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Vertical Take Off & Landing Carriers market. We consider our key competitors to be: Elite helicopters, Atlas helicopter and the military . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Elite helicopters, Atlas helicopter and the military by the unique technology that allows us to produce one VTOL unit in quarter of the time it takes to build one helicopter or any other VTOL carrier .
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to To demonstrate the new type of VTOL aircraft to the world.we have built a proof of concept (POC) to show the world what it can do and will produce a full scale version of it within 6 months of the demo.Also have filed patents and the IP's for the technology . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to. In 12 months we want to be building units in the 100's for the DOD of America the MOD of the UK and MOD of India and orders from all over the world so will require working capital funding from all areas to be able to full fill the orders. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Full scale unit, Type approval, Obtain 1000 orders in the next 2 years.
