Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

Zen DVDs has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as The problem I have is many people taking interest in obtaining a DVD kiosk in their stores, but not enough kiosk to fill the orders.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Residents and visitors of galaxy towers and local businesses.
The Value Proposition
Zen DVDs is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Residents and visitors of galaxy towers and local businesses. "Zen DVDs will I provide DVD rentals in buildings that hold 1075 apartments. I also provide advertisement services to local business.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we I am placed in a strategic location that the bigger corporations have no interest in being in. They leave a lot of this market open and the stores are anxious to have my kiosk. I also receive the products 28days prior to my competition so even if my competition was next door they do not provide the true new releases. My competition is only concerned about big stores and they must enter every store of those big companies. I am able to place myself in some of the best high foot traffic areas, where plenty of customers will be everyday for a cup of coffee instead of weekly groceries. My kiosk also offers more benefits such as reduced time in line through a clear cabinet that allows you to see the movies in their original case and entices customers with movie trailers played on a hi-def TV atop of the kiosk. The TV is also provides extra income by providing ad space for local businesses.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the New Release and favorite movies/games market. We consider our key competitors to be: Redbox. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Redbox by The galaxy is a close knit community and my competitors are too busy passing areas such as this one up for large superstores. It is for this reason that I am going into business. .
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to The kiosk will be located in the dense town of Guttenburg inside of the Galaxy towers that hold most of that towns population. I will display signs to make the populace know I am coming soon and greet my customers in person offering points toward free rentals/ rewards for signing up on social media sites as well as on my site so that I may see the demographics. I will also have certain promotions like free movie rental for first 100 customers. . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to While I'm growing my customer basis, I will continue to provide promotional deals, in-store deals and will expand into out of store ads. I have a product people love and will expand to helping those connect with local businesses through advertisements. I will provide both static and video advertisements for local businesses.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 1,000 customers Launch 10th kiosk 100,000 rentals
