In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we We understand the need of our core customer to want to the best for our children at the best price. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Children's clothes and gifts market. We consider our key competitors to be: Children's clothes shops on the high street and internet - Ebay, Gumtree etc. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Children's clothes shops on the high street and internet - Ebay, Gumtree etc by sourcing the best re-loved products and Never Another gifts .
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Develop and create a strategy to acquire customers to believe in WHY we do what we do. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand the idea to a coffee shop/cafe to be incorporated into the clothes shop so everything can be shopped under one roof. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Conversion of customers to believe in WHY we do what we do Coffee shop/cafe Expansion of Never Another into other areas
