Yoga Bird has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute yoga classes and programs products and services. These products and services have been developed over 3 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as Fitness maintenance and pain management. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Parents of children age 0-18.

Yoga Bird is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Parents of children age 0-18. "Yoga Bird will Provide yoga classes to improve focus, attention, health and well being for the whole family." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we 5 years of experience working with experts at CHOP and Penn. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

We have a number of competitors within the Yoga classes and programs market. We consider our key competitors to be: Radiant Child yoga

Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Develop standard yoga program for adults and children. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand into ASD and ADHD specific programs and individual counseling.
