Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

This is a critical issue for our selected target market of 30-60 year old women middle to upper class.

Green Queen is uniquely positioned to deliver value to 30-60 year old women middle to upper class. "Green Queen will provide non toxic, family and environment friendly products and services to benefit health and wellness." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we will use and sell non toxic paint products only available through our business in our surrounding area and handmade 100% natural household and beauty products. The capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the upcycling market. We consider our key competitors to be: The Venue, Custom Painting by Joelle, Classy Trash, White Trash. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with The Venue, Custom Painting by Joelle, Classy Trash, White Trash by being the Only upcycling business in our area using non toxic products and selling the product as well exclusively.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be using non toxic and selling natural products . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to have a well established physical presence in my town. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain grant/financing. Obtain products/establish vendors. Produce new improved products.
