Our solution allows customers to adopt cutting edge communication technology without having to deal with the extreme complexity of managing the solution or paying large up front capitol costs. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Education.
The Value Proposition
Hosted Consulting Services is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Education. "Hosted Consulting Services will allow our k-12 education customers, including other like business, to save hundreds of thousands of dollars in capital costs, off load the complex Managment cycles imposed to an IT staff, and still adopt cutting edge voice and video technology down to the classroom/office level." In order to deliver on this value proposition, our unique, custom software, allows our customers to make administrative, day to day changes, in an extremely ease to use, intuitive web page interface or by simply submitting a trouble ticket. This cuts administration down by over 80%, and nearly eliminates proprietary phone system training.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Hosted VoIP market. We consider our key competitors to be: Jive Networks and
NICP. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Jive Networks and
NICP. Working over 10 years in the education space within the technology vertical has allowed us to develop long lasting consultative relationships, understand education funding cycles, and develop customized software based on first hand, day to day challenges.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to expand our network infrastructure in order to grow the amount of new customers we can support, as well as increase our service offerings. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to grow our sales and marketing teams to expand customer touch and discover net new business. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
