Modules has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute sustainable household technologies and services. We have been developing these products over 2 months with a core focus on addressing key customer problems.

As a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers though maintaining a reputation of providing affordable, reliable products and services. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers through providing customer satisfaction. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.
The Customer
Modules has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as the need to acquire long lasting, durable technologies that are user friendly and can help improve standard of living or helper lower a households average bills and utility costs. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Households and Communities.
The Value Proposition
Modules is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Households and Communities. "Modules will provide new, cheaper, more sustainable ways to heat their homes, grow food, produce power and filter water. Using easily assembled technologies that can be used even by those wiith little to no experience. Are able to interact and be linked in various ways to our other products and services to allow the customer the best usability to suit their personal needs." In order to deliver on this value proposition, a team of designers will research and implement various ways to improve our products so they suit the customers need. Combining them into packages that can be bought as aa whole or seperately but can also be linked with others in our range. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Sustainable Household Technologies market. We consider our key competitors to be: Do more research into main competitors. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Do more research into main competitors by We cater to people who wouldn't be able to afford the high end technologies while at thesame time aiming to provide the same level of quality and reliablity.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to research new ways to improve our products and promoting our business through the internet and social media campaigns. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to complete the product designs and prototypes, find investors, start Manufactuing and get ready to launch the company. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Start Manufacturing, Launch our first Three Products and Start Distributing Internationally
