Anchor Bare Bars has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute organic, fresh, natural, moisturizing products. These products have been developed over 1 year with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

In order to be deliver on this value proposition,"Our product is handmade and tested by us first before we allow it to be sold." This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the organic, fresh, natural, moisturizing market. We consider our key competitors to be: Lush and Wholefoods. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Lush and Whole foods by the fact that everything is fresh and organic, they're no extra unknown ingredients..


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to To convince our future buyers the effectiveness of the product by representation and demonstration. We will also use friends and families to try the bars and to spread the word to others. My sister and I are going to be in charge of sales and representation.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy after 12 months I expect to have a larger client base as well as a higher profit margin. I will be expecting to produce more bars & be creating and developing more bars based off of feedback from our clients.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain over 1000 customers,Make a profit, Launch our product.
