We have a number of competitors within the Natural New Zealand Skincare market. We consider our key competitors to be: Antipodes, Rotorua Mud, Murad, and QV. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Antipodes, Rotorua Mud, Murad, and QV by Unique focus on what New Zealand really is .
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Launch a new face moisturiser with a natural kiwi selling point. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Achieve sales to retail stores. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
