Better Buzz is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Caffeine enthusiasts. "Better Buzz coffee packs more caffeine than our competitors and we roast our beans locally so there is no bitter burnt taste.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Our local roasting factory produces a small batch roasting process to ensure a high quality flavor and smooth taste.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Coffee, tea, pastries market. We consider our key competitors to be: Starbucks,Ryan bros, and fast food chains. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Starbucks, Ryan bros, and fast food chains because our roasting process sets us way above the competition!
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to employ friendly, cheerful staff to serve and promote the amazing beverages Better Buzz creates. We will work with social media and other marketing outlets to increase brand awareness and loyalty. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Focus on additional sales by selling coffee on amazon.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Establish a prime location.
