Flying Fun Media has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Innovative Marketing & Media products and services. These products and services have been developed over 3 years with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as Trust that the Movies will be successful. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of 14 to 27 year olds.

Flying Fun Media is uniquely positioned to deliver value to 14 to 27 year olds. "Flying Fun Media will We're producing a Movie that will become a cult hit and make millions. We are looking for great partners for this world adventure.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we The Australian film industry is loaded with talents and it's is being tapped by Hollywood. All the DVD rental outlets have 99% USA product. There's no Australian competition for "Commercial" movies.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Innovative Marketing & Media market. We consider our key competitors to be: Fox, Warmer Bros, Dreamworks, Columbia, Universal, Disney. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Fox, Warmer Bros, Dreamworks, Columbia, Universal, Disney by Our experienced team understands what the market wants, and how our Movies will begin the resurrection of the Australian Film Industry..


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Develop & shoot a Movie & Marketing campaigns. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to engage in Film Festivals & develop next projects. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
