Legless Critters has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Breed and sell information products and services. These products and services havent been developed yet with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as The need to creat new species of legal reptiles for the people as well as provide proper care information and products. This is a critical issue for our selected target market.

Legless Critters is uniquely positioned to deliver value to (unknown). "Legless Critters will Breed and sell high value products and teach proper care for them." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Provide High knowledge about what We sell and afortable price and fair and true information about the products. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Breeding, selling and information market. We consider our key competitors to be: Private breeders and other pet store. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Private breeders and other pet store because All our animals come with document papers and all my products are available for all the animals We sell, not just a few .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Appoint a manager . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand new products . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
