We have a number of competitors within the Food market. We consider our key competitors to be: H and H BBQ, Carl's Jr, and McDonalds. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with H and H BBQ, Carl's Jr., and McDonalds by working with local farms in lane county, closer relations with customers to improve customer satisfaction, and constantly improving our products.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to promote our business to local potential customers through social media, flyers, and word of mouth. Adhering to local diet choices and social interests. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Add a more diverse menu with more options including food from different ethnic backgrounds for added flair. Get more food trucks and expand into other highly populated areas, keeping in mind the local customer bases, such as diet choices, social backgrounds, and customers expendable income in the area. Each truck would carry differing products pertaining to potential customers in those areas.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
