Erie Coast Apparel has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Cleveland-based Graphic T Shirts, Hats, and other apparel. These products have been developed over 1 month with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow revenue. Rapid revenue growth is considered the most critical and measurable business goal. Erie Coast Apparel is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Cleveland Sports Fans. "Erie Coast Apparel will Provide a product that fulfills and expresses love for Cleveland and it's sports teams.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we plan to deliver unique product is developed in Cleveland, Ohio and developed by diehard Cleveland Fans that understand the emotions involved with Cleveland Sports.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Cleveland T Shirt and Apparel market. We consider our key competitors to be: Cleveland Clothing Company, CLE That I Love T Shirts. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Cleveland Clothing Company, CLE That I Love T Shirts by developing a more interactive and active social media experience/presence.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to to grow revenue, we will focus on selling to our specific market of Cleveland Sports Fans.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand into more elaborate designs and start development of Hats and other various types of apparel. We also plan to grow into a full online marketplace, not just local.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Reach 100 followers on our twitter/instagram pages $1000 in revenue Develop a full website marketplace
