And through the best service gain a competitive advantage.

We have a number of competitors within the Educational Tours market. We consider our key competitors to be: Ataveira tours. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Ataveira tours because of our experience of 10 years in educational tours.

Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to start marketing through known customers to promote the islands educational resources. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to get costumers throughout the whole island. And expand to outside Puerto Rico and bring students from the WORLD. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above. Already having a known database of our target customers gives us an advantage.
