In order to be deliver on this value proposition, We are always aiming to please so we strive for nothing but the best. We also are always looking to expand but the only way we can expand is to drive profitable business from this club. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Club market. We consider our key competitors to be: Big Apple, Kagney's, Club Escape, and Body Tapp.Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with These known clubs by what are target market expects to see from an up and coming club. They want affordable drinks that won't leave them broke before they even start to enjoy themselves also good music that will have them up dancing all night. When they leave we want them to keep coming back for more.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Find a good location,Hiring the right employees such as bouncers, dj, bar tender, etc. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Promote the new club By doing promotional gigs in the area to drive in customers. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Launch this new club,bring in regular clientele, get hot known performers to want to come enjoy while in the area
