In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we a spot with a long history of offering people from all backgrounds a place to go to when you just want that comforting feel of a bar "that knows your name". This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the bottled and draft beer market. We consider our key competitors to be: the hidden tree house, recovery room. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with the hidden tree house, recovery room by located in Terrel Hills which doesn't have a smoking ban and BYOB set-up service.

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to update the atmosphere of the bar by first modernizing our jukebox with a wider range of genres..
