Gourmet To Go is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Healthcare. Give me space for a refrigerator and Gourmet To Go will provide you high quality Food and Beverages 24/7! In order to be deliver on this value proposition, I will leverage my 25 years of experience and resources as a HC Food Service Director to help us understand the needs and obstacles in Healthcare Food Service. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the HC Food and Beverage market. We consider our key competitors to be: Paramount Vending and
Canteen Vending. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can coexist effectively with Paramount Vending and/or Canteen Vending because we have unique products everyone knows and trusts, Boars Head! And we have patented technology to provide this in a very small footprint.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to bring this new technology to Florida, team-up with Boars Head and a local ministry for a production and distribution team, then market to area Hospital leaders. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to become a distributor for the technology company. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: develop new production and distribution partnerships and form alliances with key business partners.
