When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow revenue. Rapid revenue growth is considered the most critical and measurable business goal. At this stage of our development, we consider this to be more important than profitability growth, although both are important long term objectives.
The Customer
Warriors in the Woods has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as Warriors in the Woods is a completely volunteer-run organization dedicated to taking veterans from all the branches of the military and helping them get back into top physical shape by overcoming all levels of disabilities and bringing them back to nature; involving therapeutic outdoor activities like hunting and fishing. Warriors in the woods believes in encouraging our wounded heroes to focus on their abilities with out compromising their current physical limitations.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Retired military personnel.
The Value Proposition
Warriors in the Woods is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Retired military personnel. "Warriors in the Woods will Provide a friendly and accessible environment with therapeutic our door activities like fishing and hunting.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we We provide access for our members to regain there physical and mental strength by working with life wellness inc. to provide our warriors the proper medical and physical abilities prior to getting back to nature.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

We have a number of competitors within the Veterans back to nature market. We consider our key competitors to be: Warriors in the Woods is a non-for-profit organization based out of Cleveland Ohio and ran by retired army veteran Michael Goffos where his passion for helping fellow veterans and nature enthusiast shines, there are many organizations that help warriors but not offering and encompassing body, mind and spirit.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Become a nationally recognized non-for-profit organization..
