blys life has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Coaching and Consulting support service, complimented with retail for the "blys woman" - the woman who wants everything in balance while still being able to give back in her community. These products and services are being developed over next several months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow profitability. Our intention is to invest a portion of that profitability in our community. It is critical that we balance revenue growth with the growth in our cost base. Whilst the desire for profitable growth may constrain our growth rate, it is more important that revenue growth in isolation.

The Customer

blys life has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as the lack of a single source for a community based forum for strong women leaders to discuss their unique challenges and identify their personal blys style. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of 25-55 successful leader women.

The Value Proposition

blys life is uniquely positioned to deliver value to 25-55 successful leader women. "blys life will Community of women just like you trying to balance it all out and do good things." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we realize we don't have all the answers but Are highly skilled at bringing others together to openly sort though the unique issues that challenge this demographic, cultivated a lifestyle of strong women leaders who together can help each other and their community. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Focus on build up of online space, with retail component with thorough communications plan aligned to charitable giveback . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Launch by 6 months and then focus on Voice of customer to adjust comms strategy . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Launch website, Obtain 100 retail customers, Obtain 1000 social media likes, follows, etc. as well as gain 2500 visitors to our site.
