Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as To provide our clients with more reliable services by having less of an employee turn over. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Home owners ages 25- 55.

"All Seasons Cleaning LLC will Provide the most quality cleaning services at the most competitive rates available.." In order to deliver on this value proposition, we have taken a unique approach to cleaning. This approach is like no other, it is defiantly a one of a kind cleaning service. First we provide our clients with, our one of a kind detailed, top to bottom, inside and out, deep cleaning in their home and/or office. Followed by our regular weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly or monthly cleaning, depending on our clients individual cleaning needs to matain the cleanleness of the initial cleaning. Our detailed, deep cleaning is the most important service performed with out it it is impossible to provide our clients with the services they deserve and come to expect from their cleaning service. This unique approch has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the residential and commercial Cleaning industry. We consider our key competitors to be: Cleaning Frenzy, Molly Maids, and The Maids. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Cleaning Frenzy, molly maids, and the maids, due to our aproch on cleaning. We are able to provide more services for a fraction of the price due to our first time detailed cleaning.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Advertisement on line and word of mouth. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand to doing more commercial work like buffing floors and cleaning more offices. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 100 plus clients, Expand our services to kent and sussex counties, and most importantly to become a millon dollar business in the next 5 to 10 years.
