Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Chef Creole, Fidele Restaurant, Madam John's Restaurant, and every other Haitian restaurants with our unique organic food recipes.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be on our grand opening which we are going to get celebrities that love Haitian cultures and cuisines to come in and autograph the free caps we will be giving away so we can acquire more customers and grow profitably. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to In December of next year we will launch a new product so we can acquire even more customers and we will also open new locations around the nation. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
