In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Made to order and bespoke desserts that ensures freshness of the products. It is also packed like a gift - to yourself or loved ones. This is how we spread positivity by starting with oneself.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Brigadeiros & Desserts market. We consider our key competitors to be: Starbucks, Bo's Cafe, J.Co . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Starbucks, Bo's Cafe, J.Co by Affordable but the product is presented better than the said competitors. A lot of dedication goes into every dessert that leaves our kitchen so we try to present them better than the rest. .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Double the online advertising work . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to A Physical store for customers to go to. Possibly inside a well known mall. . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
