Green Driver Training has a clear business objective to produce Driving Instructor services. These services have been developed over 11 years with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Driving instructors market. We consider our key competitors to be: Red driving school and Chris Kelly are our main competitors but they cannot offer training for part 3 over a short period.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Red driving school and Chris Kelly are our main competitors but they cannot offer training for part 3 over a short period. Because we have extensive experience in the driver training business and can deliver quality training intensively..


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Advertise in local papers and over social media. Look into radio advertising.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Advertising on local radio and larger advertising via redundancies via military personnel.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones.
