We have a number of competitors within the Ice Cream, Desserts, Food market. We consider our key competitors to be: Dairy Cream, Sweet Spot. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Dairy Cream, Sweet Spot by Location and recognition .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Local and Media Marketing to acquire and build customer base increasing revenue and profitability. . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Take over neighboring restaurant and/or open small takeout & dessert restaurant on CCSU campus. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
