Vino Château has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as the need for a first class, elegant atmosphere in which business professionals may come to relax and enjoy local favorites. Also incorporating local artist and musicians for a perfect blend with our community. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of elegant vivacious business professionals, who wish to incorporate the arts in their leisure time.
The Value Proposition
Vino Château is uniquely positioned to deliver value to the elegant vivacious business professionals. "Vino Château will Provide an elegant and comfortable space for our patrons to enjoy, not only the local favorites, but also tastes and aromas from all over the world". In order to deliver on this value proposition, we have unique perspective of being a world traveler and former flight attendant. This has allowed me to sample the best wine and beer from around the world. After settling in the Huntsville area with my husband we have explored the best local wine and beer in northern Alabama. With my unique perspective and legendary service standards, I feel We can provide the perfect atmosphere for our patrons, that can not be matched. We are about providing comfort, elegance, and premier products at the best value. The team we will construct will share this vision and passion. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Local Wine & Beer market. We consider our key competitors to be: Bridge street restaurants, (I.e. Bravo, PF Chang's). Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Bridge street restaurants, such as, Bravo and PF Chang's by being the elegant alternative. We primarily sell beverages, small plates and hors d'oeuvres for those who wish to have a lighter dining experience.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to find the right location, renovate and design the space to meet our customer expectations. Appoint a bar manager who will help in the hiring of a small but efficient staff. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand our marketing campaign, not only use social media and the web to promote our lounge, but also have enough in revenue to invest in local marketing, such as billboard advertisements, small TV ads, and radio ads. Growing our popularity and revenue through targeting strategies. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Grand opening celebration, wowing the community with an amazing first impression, obtain 2,000 customers and reach $500,000 in sales.
