Path Industries has a clear business objective to distribute Second hand or Aftermarket car parts products. We have been effectively providing the service over the past 5 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Panel beaters and insurances.

Path Industries is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Panel beaters and insurances. "Path Industries will Provide quality products at a very competitive prices with every order placed." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we are a black owned company with a wider reliable network of suppliers. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Secondhand or aftermarket car parts market. We consider our key competitors to be: DK, Target spares and other similar players. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with DK, Target spares and other similar players as we are passionate in what we do and we 100% owned in an industry that is predominantly white..


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus is to go on a roadshow to sell our business to potential customers. We looking to be present in three major provinces, other than Gauteng. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy of buying salvaged cars for parts and to repair and resell the repaired cars.These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Expand our offering to MRA - 50% of orders to come to us Submit our profile to broader Imperial group Be on the auction list of 3 major car auctioneers
