In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Our restaurant is fully black owned. We know what our people like and we are here to give it to them.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Food and drinks market. We consider our key competitors to be: Corner Social , Sylvia's , The cove , Red Rooster. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Corner Social , Sylvia's , The cove , Red Rooster by Everything in Harlem has changed including the other restaurants I've mentioned. I've learned that people want a restaurant where they can be comfortable and enjoy themselves. Fancy without being overbearingly stoosh. That is what paradise on 27th will be..
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Open our restaurant. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Be the best restaurant on the avenue. The most popular spot in Harlem.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
