Fitness-360.com has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute fitness guides and gym apparel products and services. These products and services have been developed over 3 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

As a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

Fitness-360.com has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problems are lack of knowledge on proper nutrition and fitness routines and also lack of afforable gym apparel. This is a critical issue for our target customers. Which include over/under weight individuals, military personel, and routine gym members.

Fitness-360.com is uniquely positioned to deliver valued products and services to over/underweight individuals, military personel, and routine gym members. "Fitness-360.com will provide customized meal plans and workout routines to aid individuals in achieving their fitness goals. Also selling of fashionable and affordable gym apparel.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we will develop programs that are unique to the individial and their fitness goals. Also unlike other gym apparel ours are not only fashionable but afforable as well. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the fitness guides and gym apparel market. We consider our key competitors to be: Planet Fitness, One Life Fitness, Bodybuilding.com, Gand Gasp. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Planet Fitness, One Life Fitness, Bodybuilding.com, and Gasp by providing a user friendly website with no hassel online ordering, along with customized plans unique to the individuals goals, and producing top quality products at afforable prices.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Increase use of social media and word of mouth advertising. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand into new products such as supplementation sales. Also to "show" products at a variety of fitness expos and/or competitions. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 100 customers, launch new product products/services, and products/services be mentioned and/or seen in a popular fitness magazine.
