Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to request donations. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to rescue lost, wounded and abused animals and care for some ourselves and take the ones we can't handle to a no-kill shelter. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Save 100 animals from abuse and/or illness/death, get 100 feral cats and stray dogs spayed/neutered, and begin saving animals around the world.
