Our key long term business objective is to launch a new product. Our growth path is clearly oriented around the addition of new products, the development of these new products and the subsequent marketing of these. It is understood that costs will be associated with product development and marketing and these have been allowed for in our budget.

Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as Releasing the word of God over the church family in America, and eventually the world.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Christians of any and all ages..

Joey Allison Inc. is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Christians of any and all ages.. "Joey Allison Inc. will I release the word of God threw inspirational contemporary music, I'm one of the best musicians in the world I have credentials to prove that.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we go places and play for free, the only thing we ask is for a table to put my product out on.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Music CD's market. We consider our key competitors to be: Rick Pino, Jeremy Burke, Kari Jobe etc. . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Rick Pino, Jeremy Burke, Kari Jobe etc. by doing what we do for free the only thing we ask is for a table to sell our products.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Appoint a sales manager. Become more social network friendly. Hire a website designer, start a record label. And a music publishing house.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy is for the CEO to be figure head, and product and event promoter. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: selling over 2,000 albums, being leaders in the worship communities we find ourselves in, and recording new material that will be developed into future product.
