RickAllenCo has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute peoplesoft consulting products and services. These products and services have been developed over the last year with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

This is a critical issue for our selected target market of substantial organizations needing implementation or upgrades of PeopleSoft products.

RickAllenCo is uniquely positioned to deliver value to substantial organizations needing implementation or upgrades of PeopleSoft products. "RickAllenCo will ability to bring together experienced gruops who have worked together and can offer a coordinated approach to independent run projects." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we consulting experince with many independent and corporate consulting firms. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the peoplesoft consulting market. We consider our key competitors to be: Deloitte, KPMG, Beacon Application Services, etc.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Deloitte, KPMG, Beacon Application Services, etc. by Smaller contract size, and cost savings based on the use of independent consultants.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Link with reputable recruiters to find good places for multiple resources. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Create access spot for available resources. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: First contract for independent consulting first sharing of contract with known consultants first multi-consultant contract
