In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we have hired trained and motivated hardworking labour with knowledge and competence of delivering the best. We have a number of competitors within the food market. We consider our key competitors to be: Momo's chicken pakoras and other bengali food which are not there in maharashtra. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Momo's chicken pakoras and other bengali food which are not there in maharashtra.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will to appoint a team to be able to produce distribute and deliver the products. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Reinvest my profit to undertake a better place and hire more manpower for the growth of name and capital. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Target to get the best base which will act as a platform to develop my business Try and introduce something new to the list every now and then Try and cross my profitability by a margin of 2% every month
