This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Skin Care market. We consider our key competitors to be: Moments Salon and Spa and Tranquility. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively because we are the only local Salon to offer tanning and skin care services in one location. By continuous education and personalized customer service we will ensure the growth and value of our business.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Make sure staff is highly motivated and educated to promote our new addition of services and products. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand our services and products to other L.A. Bronze locations. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
