When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

VonShirt-T has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as The customer will get to voice any ideas they have and if the customers wants any changes at any time i will be happy to help and work with them so they go home with the perfect t shirt. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of young adults.

In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we i put my heart and soul in to making every t shirt great for every individual customer, making there own ideas are catered for right down to the colour, size or design. my customers are the most inportant part of my buisness and i make sure the happy with the end product. I,am hard working a deadicated to the success of my buisness. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to I am going to create a quality product with the customers in mind. I will take simple plain t-shirts and turn them in to something original, bold and fun.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to I hope to expand my creativity and my business by adding skirts and hoodies. I hope I have made my customers happy enough to buy my t-shirts again. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: my own website working from an office in stead of at home eventually introduce a new product
