Overview

0-0-spese has a clear business objective to distribute Groceries products and services. These products and services have been thought out over the last several months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

The Customer

0-0-spese has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as 'Where I live, most grocery stores close at 7:30 pm.' As stated by a well known business professional of the area. This doesn't allow ample time for busy people to grocery shop.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Business professionals.

The Value Proposition

0-0-spese is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Business professionals. "0-0-spese will Provide a service that allows our prospects the possibility to dedicate their time on what is important for THEM and not in a checkout line at the grocery store.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, our online ordering system allows them to order when they want, what they want and receive it in a reasonable amount of time.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Groceries market. We consider our key competitors to be: In this area, Esselunga e Galassia... Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively within this area because we have no competitors in that no grocer gives this service in my city.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to give a free 2 week trial period of delivery to 20 customers. After which, have the pay the normal price if they'd like to continue them but asking them for referrals. For every 1st buy of their referrals they will receive a free delivery of groceries. And this will be the rule for every customer. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy in that we will need a small warehouse, delivery van and wholesalers in the near future. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: 1. Launch the service 2. Do 30 deliveries a day 3. Implement a strategy in a way that the business works by itself
