AccuRate Auto Body has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute automotive products and services. These products and services have been developed with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of insurance companies & car owners.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the automotive market. We consider our key competitors to be: Ford, GM, Mopar and all other car dealerships.Along with; Firestone, Goodyear, Prestige Auto Works, Fisco Auto Body inc. Forest home auto body and all other local auto repair shops. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Ford, GM, Mopar and all other car repair shops ect. by the facts that; all of our services surpass 2013 quality control standards, all of our products are top of the line, and our team of management and technicians are required to complete yearly certification programs to keep our services and knowledge cutting edge.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to acquire funding for; our auto repair shop and showroom, tools and supplies, advertisement and marketing. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Establish a strong management/employee team, as well as a strong customer relationship with at least 4 insurance companies. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: obtain and Retain 10 insurance companys as customers successfully open and establish our second location develop 10 Trademarked services or products
