When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

Envision has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as the need to adapt to customers criteria in terms of public targeted.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Startups and existing brands.
The Value Proposition
Envision is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Startups and existing brands. "Envision will provide a service that will boost sales of a brand by giving value to the presentention of the brand itself to its customers in well frequented areas" In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Our unique feature is that we just don't put customers advertising in random places as we counsel and propose locations where the customer will get the best response and consideration by viewers.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Advertising, promoting, brand communication market. We consider our key competitors to be: Fish Eye, Contraste, Cread, circus, trait d'union and others. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Fish Eye, Contraste, Cread, circus, trait d'union and others by Counselling and proposing specific locations to target consumers of the advertised brand.
We are always searching for new locations for our billboards to be seen from a minimum of 200 meters away.
Places we choose for our billboards have a very dense traffic and crowds circulating at every single moment of the day.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Contact Advertising agencies.
Seek new spots for Billboards.
Get involved in major activities before, during and after billboard is operational. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Appoint experienced staffs.
Ready new methods of advertisement.
Always keep an eye on business activities. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Build billboards that are much more attractive, Expand the number of quality locations and Obtain a minimum of 100 customers.
