Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the groceries market. We consider our key competitors to be: We shop and deliver and APFEL Fresh Market. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with We shop and deliver and APFEL Fresh Market by focusing on the city of Weston and therefore we offer a customer relationship and a faster delivery.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to to acquire customers; advertising will initially be focused on senior buildings as well as family residential neighborhoods and this will be by use of flyers. Also, the website for online grocery shopping will be constantly advertised in social media that directs to Weston. Lastly, I will approach restaurants that will agree to have flyers of my service.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to after having reached my goal of gaining customers, my focus will shift to grow profitability which I plan on achieving by having a month revenue GREATER than $2,000 per month. This I will reach through more advertising and offering even more products.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
